Victoria Hewitt BA (JT Hons)
Victoria Hewitt has been in practice as a family solicitor since she qualified in 1988. She trained as a family mediator with National Family Mediation (NFM) in 1996 and with Law Wise. Victoria Hewitt offers mediation on all issues including property and finance, divorce, separation and on all issues relating to children. Victoria is on the Court of Appeal panel of mediators.
Wessex Family Mediation Centre was set up in 1997.
Wessex Family Mediation Centre has a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide legal aid for Mediation, for those who qualify. Victoria Hewitt is recognised by the Legal Aid Agency to handle all issues Mediation.

Service Costs
Although inexpensive, family mediation can be publically paid for with no expense to the individuals concerned if they meet the qualifying criteria. You will be assessed for Legal Aid at your initial meeting with the mediator.
